Selective AI was used to summarise clauses, draft review notes, and highlight context, while humans retained responsibility for legal judgement and negotiation decisions.
Human control
Lawyers and authorised business owners remained responsible for judgement, negotiation, approvals, and final decisions.
The system prepared the review, showed supporting evidence, flagged uncertainty, and routed high-risk clauses or exceptions to humans.
Outcomes
